I don't get the gloom.
We need two things stability and a positive outlook.
Conroy brings that and if it's Iggy he brings it as well.
Too much negativity around the team with coaches and management not aligned.
I'd much rather have people who share the same vision and get along than a coach throwing shots at the manager through the media.
