Conroy becomes a bit more appealing if they sell off assets and go into talent evaluation mode for a rebuild through the draft. If you're trying to make hard decisions over the next couple seasons, including who to buy and sell and sell and get a high value in return, I'd want someone else. I don't think Conroy has it in him to make an astute move to rob another team.
