I think they have more options that Conroy because they have been in similar roles for teams that have had more success. Not sure what anyone could point to that Conroy would have to be more appealing than they would. Both of them could point to having been at organizations that have had more success, and when talking about options like I was in my post then yes the Eastern media bias would come into play.
