Hopefully we don't hire another GM for 10 years so go through the process properly and thoroughly, with different candidates that have different ways of building, and that's what they are doing.
Certainly some Burke influence here it seems for Nonis. Bergevin is well liked around the league. Bowman was successful.
No problem in picking the brains of experienced GMs to see what's out there and ideas for the organization ahead.
