I really don't think that I do underrate what a coach like he can do, if it were that easy he would have more Cups and mediocre teams with great coaches would win the Cup more often.
We had a coach last season that didn't grossly mismanage or even mismanage in any way the roster. This is not a contending level team, the talent isn't close to that level.
