Yeah, you can't outrun a bad diet (which has already been said in this thread). But, really society overall needs to take health a little more seriously. Instead of glorifying things like "It's Wine o'clock!" or "dad bods", there would probably be a little better outcome if the focus was on more healthy lifestyles. I know that not everything needs to be serious, of course, but this kind of thing isn't ideal either.
