Post re-rates I have a player that is going to have an interesting journey. Players don't get a rating for being injured for an entire season 2 years ago

but they do get a rating for injuries incurred in the most recent season.

So, he gets a rating this season (
77OVR), but will not get a rating next season. What makes it interesting with this player is that he has one year left on his contract at $6M. So, next year being a contract year, he will be rated 0, and be signable as a UFA on the roster at a really low hit for three years. He will, however, have to take up a roster spot on the main club for a year where he will not be playable, because of the injury last year. Payoff will be on the backend of his contract.
After re-rates, some of the younger players that I was counting on did not rate well. For this reason, I am good on defense, but bad at forward and goal. I am also prospect and pick poor.
