Bonavista Promenade is fine as is, just needs a tenant refresh to what is more relevant to the community. Like, we don't need a printer ink store, the coffee shop is not great, the flower shop is depressing
A good Coffee shop with good food is the #1 thing missing from the mall.
A couple of better restaurants would help as well. As it is I rarely eat in Bonavista as good food is in surrounding communities.
