Why, if the Leafs wanted to move him, would the cost be prohibitively steep? If we wanted to move Hanifin, we should simply make the cost prohibitively steep also. Just playing by the same rules, right?
And why in hell would we throw in our best prospect as a sweetener? For a guy who is one year from being a UFA?
