If this passes, it should pave the way for the beginning of the project. If it fails, you'd have to think it will signal the beginning of the end of the Coyotes in Arizona (although, we've said that before). |
Tempe could do much better for that chunk of land than an unstable NHL franchise, hopefully people there realize that.
