We use a lot of Nando's sauce in our home. More of a garlic, smokey, sweet kind of taste, but not overpowering.

I really like the Callypso sauce too, but it does have a pretty strong, almost fruit, flavor:
A friend's wife just came out with her own hot sauce, that's selling really well. Obviously more specialized, with a more unique flavor profile:
