Of course, but the process to get there will be interesting. It's a bit of a weird one, because the problem is that the area is
too busy...which isn't typically the precursor to a big overhaul like this.
I'm trying to think of similar examples. Northland Mall has a much bigger footprint to play with, and AFAIK under-utilization is prompting that change. Stadium Shopping Centre maybe? But they've gone nuclear there, and it was never as busy as GL.
