For full disclosure:
The rerates are coming from a couple members of the other league. I was not privy to these until they were released yesterday. I simply asked if the CPHL could use them when they were completed. They said yes.
Now that I have access to the ratings I will be in a trade freeze as well. I might have discussions in a general sense but wont pull any triggers until they are officially out.
