Monahan should have been traded much sooner, the writing was on wall for his injuries & decline unfortunately.
Could have actually had some trade value too.
Tkachuk-Lindholm-Gaudreau would have happened sooner & Bennett could move into a top 6 role.
It was all too obvious, so the Flames of course didn't do it.
