I overheard someone's convo once because bluetooth through the car's speakers was loud and their windows were down. After the "Love you!" end to the phone convo, one of the young guys in the back said something like, "You say 'love you' to your parents after every phone call? Man, we don't talk like that at home."
A surprising conversation, but heartwarming too.

As youngin's our conversation would have ended differently. Someone in the car would have yelled "love you, too dad!" followed by raucous laughter, and then "and tell your mom I love her too!" woooooo! *loud yelling until hangup*.
