No need for a coach. This group has this. Flames need to be a head of the curve here, try something revolutionary and new age. More inline with how young people today want to be managed. Huge opportunity to show how in touch and progressive we can be, just hire equipment managers, trainers and ensure we have captains picked (elected by the team themselves obviously) to help drive consensus and direction with the strategy and execution amoungst the players.
