Out of the clips they show, Kane's crosscheck seems like the only one that would be targeted.
They show Mcdavid swinging his stick past him with one hand not even making contact.
RNH with a tiny shoulder bump after Stone plays the puck.
Nurse, Bouchard, and Desharnais giving him cross checks when he's in front of the net, which happens approximately 100 times per game.

Not really seeing the concerted effort at targeting Stone that the panel is selling.

It’s a matter of opinion/bias as to if it’s happening or not
The point is, it probably is happening, it’s part of the game.
Just don’t complain when it’s happening to your team and then glorify it when your team is doing it
