Doesn't a charging call require an X number of strides before the hit? Bennett took exactly 0 strides before making contact. You can literally see him gliding the last 5 feet before the hit (farther, if you don't count the one crossover).

Elbow down, led with the shoulder and impact of the hit spun him around and caused him to leave his feet. Shouldn't have even been a penalty.
