It really depends on your definition of rural. I would say anything within a 40 minute drive of downtown Edmonton or Calgary is urban. Let be honest, these people work, shop and spend their free time in the city. Likewise, I would call any city over over 60,000 urban.
Taking up Sylvan Fan's math. 46 seats are split between Calgary and Edmonton and another 14 fall into small cities or suburbs. That makes 60/87 urban over rural.
