For me Hanifin is the one I might keep due to age and the fact that he plays a lot of minutes and has been pretty durable. But he's a good and not great player...so I don't know how many 6.5 D you can have who are in that class.
The other guys should go. Either too old, or won't really do enough to justify the salary they will command. Not the difference makers you need to drive your team.

I see Hanifin in a better light.
Top four guy with speed, youth, durable, and looked to be popping a bit last season on the offensive side of the puck.
27th league wide in xGF%
81st xGA60
18th xGF60
That's a top 2-3 guy on most teams and worth the money.
