Glad Sutter is gone, they needed a new look, but I'm not letting Huberdeau off the hook for his share of a poor season (whether that's 20%, 80% or something in between)

Huberdeau's confidence was rattled and I think we both know how important confidence is to a player at any level, but especially at the tippy top of the sport. I think Sutter is mostly responsible for destroying his confidence instead of building him up.
I'm not going to get philosophical, but young men these days respond much better to positive reinforcement rather than that old school method of pushing buttons.
