Its a sad day for the Franchise in my opinion. The players (again) won over the coach. Make no mistake this isn't just any coach either, this is the best coach we have or probably will ever have.
Everyone saying that the game has passed Darryl by...comon. What was last year? He was soured by a primmadona UFA and a guy who looked like he quit after game 5 when the lines got changed. The sub 900 goal tending all year didn't help. I think its gonna be a couple hard years for us.
