To me McMahon being dated to say the least is not that big of a deal especially as many of the games are in summer and that is enjoyable. I quite like the venues location, a bit nostalgia for me which certainly doesnt apply to younger fans. Even if there was a shiny new stadium, i am not sure many more people would attend, maybe initially but not for long
