Someone else pointed out a coach's span is about 2.4 years (not sure if that is factual), so that would put CGY just below average.
And, honestly if any one of them had got the team to the finals they might have lasted a bit longer. Peters is the exception - if not for issues completely outside of the team he may still be here also.
You can also laugh at CGY all you want about coaches - but 2 of those guys won the Jack Adams with the Flames.

OK sure, now look at the names on that list.
A whole bunch of has been or never were.
Just a brutal organization for hiring head coaches.
It's worse than this list too. Goes back 30+ years, because other than Darryl none of the head coaches we've hired in the last 3 decades have ever went on to have success in the NHL level after being hired ad fired by the Flames.
