There are a lot of pending UFAs for next season. The team needs to decide who they want to keep long term and ask them to sign an extension this summer. If they are saying those "I won't decide until my contract ends" BS, trade them right away.
The likes of Backlund and Tanev who are on the wrong side of 30 should just be shipped out right now.
