Nobody is saying zero accountability to players. You are putting up an argument that I’m certainly not making.
And at the same time, sometimes we can look at things, use reasoning, and actually not just go ‘both sides, many sides’
People are leaving the organization voluntarily, or asking to leave, and pointing at him

Ever worked for a #### boss? They can absolutely destroy morale, and that can result in subpar performance.
This stuff compounds as well. When things are not going well, the coach is supposed to find a way to make them go better. It’s not like the poor results of these players was a result of them putting themselves above coach and team
Add in a bad strategy, playing a guy on his off wing, playing a guy who set the record for assists by a LW with a 4th liner for a long stretch
It is pretty obvious it was a toxic workplace
