Definitely stick with something silver for Cadillac.
Cadillac Ct6, and now the newer CT5 have the same bolt pattern as yours with 19's as offered.
Kijii may have something there in 19, or 20's if you want to stick OEM...if they are just summers, can even go with 20s.
