Wandering, but the condos at Brentwood weren't low income or subsidized, but I would guess a huge portion of the residents are uni students. The units were tiny, in the neighborhood of 500sqft.
My brother and I were at the sales centre opening weekend, and as I recall they sold out the first phase on like day one. This was maybe 2009 or 2010, but it was wild. I imagined people climbing over each other with their chequebook in the air, like a scene from a Black Friday sale at Walmart in the States during the early days of YouTube.
