It's not even taking away a park or space people use, it's a big grassy sound barrier. People will object to anything.

Do you have specific employment demographic information to compare the Glenmore Landing vs Currie Barracks areas? I suggest Currie Barracks is better because it is a largely underutilized area right now that is in the process of redevelopment so it provides a good opportunity to create a community from the ground up vs cramming 4 towers onto a small parcel in an established area. It is possible that even more lower income Calgarians work around downtown so it might be nice for them to live in closer proximity like Currie Barracks.
