What are you missing here? Even players with term left on their contracts are not interested in playing for the Flames if Sutter is still behind the bench. Seems consistent with the discussion on garbage bag day. Dreger is suggesting that unless Sutter is fired as coach that players will refuse to play for the team and force the Flames to trade them.
