So apparently there is a 6 week confidentiality period on the deal(what a coincidence!). Smith has made it an election issue. Notley has called for the details, which may contain additional costs and explanation as to overruns. As an election issue, how are we supposed to decide on it with no information?

I think Notley handled this well, with no info, how can she comment on it?
