Reminds me when the Flames were dominating Colorado for the first 1.8 games in 2019, and the minute MacKinnon scored that OT goal in game 2 the Flames had zero chance of coming back. That OT goal gave the Avs life.
Another example that comes to mind is the 2014 Kings, when they reverse swept the Sharks in the first round and grinded out a 2014 cup.

Calgary was seconds away from going up 3-1 on the Stars. Talbot let in a goal with 12 seconds left and another in OT. Tie series. But it was over. Calgary got beat in game 5 and then took a 3 goal lead in game six and totally blew it.
