Yes. If the billionaires aren't paying their own money, yes. #### them.
Also if they left someone else would, in fact, be here shortly thereafter to fill the void and would then pay their own money. I've no doubt. Or more likely the team would never leave and someone willing to pay for a new arena would simply buy it.
