I wonder if CSEC backed off of their other demands from the last deal. I seem to recall that they wanted pretty much all the revenue from every event in the building last time.
I am curious how Edmonton's entertainment district is working out. According to some people in Edmonton, the economic activity associated with it is already making up for the investment in public money. Smith seemed to suggest the same thing in her speech today. Is that an actual fact?
