I'm all for a deal and a new arena, but have become skeptical until I see shovels in the ground. My prediction:
1) Province announces $$$ to support project.
2) UCP loses election.
3) Notley kills the $$$.
4) Deal falls through.
5) Back to the table. Rinse and repeat.
