I don't know if a new crew is going to favor the Oilers all that much. The referee sorority is even smaller than the player's. They all know each other and talk frequently I assume. When one is made to look a fool at the hand of a team or coach, they likely take it personally, at least I know I would. They'll be professional but I don't see the Oilers getting more favorable calls because of this change. Could have the opposite effect.
