You are correct. The fact it changed direction makes it pretty obvious that it hit the stick. Who knows if that was available to the replay judges though.
Edit: looking at the full reply, I am not so sure the puck changed direction because it hit the stick, or simply that it appears to change direction because the stick moves in the opposite direction. The video simply showing the stick and puck has no context of anything else.
If you look at the bar in the glass behind it, the puck does not really change direction, it goes virtually straight down. The movement of the stick gives the illusion of the puck changing direction.
So I still have some doubt, which makes it not conclusive to me.
