No, I just meant, I thought something like that would be done during the sales process where things are being transferred over or cancelled. I figured worst-case is it just lapses because of non-payment on your end. Does that mean the house is currently insured by multiple parties? Interesting, yet maybe concerning - like having a life-insurance policy on you that you didn’t know about.
I haven’t been involved in selling a house, only buying one.. I guess it’s worth learning about this.
