In terms of actually controlling the production, there are already controls on centralized AI apps to offer some protection for IP and other political stuff, but there are also open-source apps available. With processors becoming more and more powerful, I expect we will see many high-powered applications getting used on standalone set-ups that can't be censored. It's going to be a crazy thing for all kinds of media distribution platforms.
