This is so dumb. Handguns are less deadly than "assault rifles" in every way but one: that being you can more easily conceal a handgun. Otherwise, they're on average less powerful, harder to aim accurately, harder to modify for rapid fire, have smaller magazines, and are easier to remove from the shooter's possession. Anyone got anything to add to this?
