I struggle with the Love thing. I think it's of utmost importance that the flames give him some kind of transition role and make it clear he's the next one so he doesn't fly the coup. I also do not want Darryl to coach with an agenda like it seemed he did this year. Can he learn from this year? Can he accept that his power in this org is gradually going down? Or is he going to flip the bird at anyone and anything that points at this including having his heir apparent work as his assistant.
