I really don't like the idea of having a guy who can be head coach come on as a assistant in the hopes of having him be the head guy. The Oilers did it with McTavish the Sens with Murray and Paddock we had it here with Sutter and Playfair it doesn't work.
Having 4 rookies on the roster probably make him just retire anyways.
