I just don't understand how you can bring back a head coach that is driving players and GM's out of town. Yeah the guy was and in some ways is still a really good head coach but for a guy that preaches that players need to buy into his system, he's quite the hypocrite as it's clear he has no concept of teamwork whatsoever. "My way or the highway" is simply not constructive in any workplace.
