For the fanbases and even around the league, there's always been a general "vibe" that Treliving is a good GM, but the actual results are very mediocre. 9 years is enough. Time to try something new.

The context is it's seemingly that picked Darryl over Brad, and the assumption is the vision forward will be Sutters. Will that be the case? Is that all actually true? We're on the outside so we don't know. But it's an easy conclusion to draw with all the smoke.
I think it's that context that is key to reactions.
