Not saying it's all Sutter. Maybe it's how ownership has handled the Sutter situation.
Either way its feeling more and more like a sinking ship and those who can get off are. This organization desperately needs something positive to change the narrative.

I have actually been in a huge office turnover twice and some times people just want to do something else and all it takes is for one person to pull the pin. I stayed after the first one and it turned out great for me and me and my old boss both quit within two weeks of each other without knowing we were both looking elsewhere lol. A company/job just gets stale sometimes. I am way less on edge if a new GM can fire Sutter.
