Agreed it is the easiest move but perhaps the most prudent would be to hopefully rebuild Markstrom’s value and move him so the team could roll with Wolf and Vladarwhile removing Markstrom’s large cap hit. That might mean Woof plays a large chunk of next season in the AHL.
If someone is going to overpay for Vladar that would be a different story and something they should do.
