Coach Q while what he did was wrong it's not like he was in the loop the whole time and just shrugged it off.
He should have stepped up at that point.
This isn't like that Bruins prospect who tortured a special needs kid and was a racist and continued to hunt him down. People like that doesn't deserve a second chance.
