I think that adding Lindholm for at least one season + re-signing him for the long-term could be looked at as worthy of a 1st round pick. It'd be a pretty ballsy move obviously, so probably more likely to happen for one of their lower 1st's.
At the end of the day it's only a speculation trade, but it's pretty exciting to think of what that return could look like for Lindholm and other upcoming UFA's.
Detroit having 3 first round picks does make me think that they are a good trading partner for us this summer though, if we start moving assets out.
