As unbelievable and sad as it may be, both of my neighbor's boys up the street never got past Grade 10.
One has since moved to Kelowna and is working in the trades...and I think is in an apprenticeship program.
The other lives with his parents, working odd jobs in construction...and he has a baby due any day
