Every human being has a right to privacy. Where professional athletes differ is they are being paid millions of dollars to play a game. They are more than well compensated, part of this trade-off is that they are in the limelight a little more and their privacy is somewhat limited because of this. I never disagreed with Kylington's right to privacy, but how this played out is ridiculous on many levels. I just wish we all could move on already, but nope, it still is in the news and fans are asking what-ifs. . . .
Exactly why I no longer have any faith that he will be a part of the Flames future, as he is unreliable at best at this point. Hopefully, the team can sort this out and regain some of the 4 plus million he is signed for, for 2 years, providing he does not play another game.
At a personal level, I hope he is ok, I hope gets help, and I hope he gets some of his salary.
